The ARA Rental Market Metrics program establishes industry standards and provides a consistent way to calculate and report critical performance measurements for the rental industry. To earn the certification, a solution must apply the ARA standards and methodology to produce the expected results across key rental industry standardized metrics at an accuracy level of 100%.
