KENTUCKY: EV battery mfr. is planning to invest $2 billion for the construction of a 3 million sf manufacturing facility in BOWLING GREEN, KY. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

PENNSYLVANIA: Specialty chemical company is planning to invest $1.1 billion for the construction of a processing, warehouse, and storage facility in POINT TOWNSHIP, PA. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in Fall 2022, with completion slated for Fall 2024.

OHIO: Lithium‐ion battery components mfr. is planning to invest $1 billion for the construction of a manufacturing facility in SIDNEY, OH. They have recently received approval for the project.

ALBERTA: Oil and gas company is planning to invest $800 million for the construction of a processing facility in CROSSFIELD, AB. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
