Steel King to Showcase New ScrapHopper Industrial Steel Container at FABTECH 2019

Steel King Industries, Inc., will highlight the new ScrapHopper addition to its extensive industrial steel container line at FABTECH 2019, to be held November 11-14, 2019, at McCormick Place, Chicago, IL, Booth #A4184. Also on display will be a bar rack for stock storage of long materials.

Steel King’s new ScrapHopper boasts beefy, corrugated steel sides, making it a rugged and durable sidekick at any workstation. Ready to work right out of the gate, the new ScrapHopper features two-way entry tubes, fully rotatable heavy-duty casters, and a push handle that make it easy to maneuver. Fork tubes make dumping quick and easy to keep production rolling. Each unit features a 4,000 pound capacity. ScrapHopper is available in two standard sizes: 32” x 40” x 24” and 40” x 48” x 24” and comes in four standard colors – vista green, precaution blue, poppy and yellow.

Steel King’s standard ScrapHopper model is meant for use with solids, but can be fitted with an optional drain plug and manufactured with a fully welded interior for use with liquid products.

Also on display are a variety of heavy duty steel industrial containers, portable racks, and industrial bar racks, which handle and store steel, bars, rods, tubing, flats, aluminum extrusions, or other long products. Each unit can hold 20,000 pounds or more and can stack as high as needed.

These welded, heavy duty bar racks are designed to be accessed by fork lifts or overhead cranes. Fully customizable to accommodate specific product sizes and weights, the bar racks are available with an optional rack separator, galvanization and more.
