Jtec Industries Announces Executive Team Restructuring

Jtec Industries, an industry leader in materials movement solutions with innovative cart and trailer systems, has announced a restructuring of its Executive Team to continue to better manage its Company growth.

Co-owner Jon Peterson, formerly Jtec’s President, is now its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and his partner and co-owner, Joe Knepp, formerly its Vice-President, is now its Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Former Operations Manager Aaron Forinash becomes Jtec’s Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Former Account Managers Curtis Harris and Ty Overcash become Jtec’s Vice-President of Sales (Harris)  and Vice-President of Customer Development (Overcash), respectively.

Tom Wilson, its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Jon McKee, its Director of Marketing and Communications, retain their current titles and roles with Jtec.

“Our continued growth dictated a restructuring and realignment of some of our Executive Team,” said CEO Jon Peterson. “These redefined positions and responsibilities recognize and allow each team member to fully manage a strategically defined area of responsibility to facilitate our expected growth and development needs. We’ve grown to more than 120 Jtec team members supporting almost 1300 customer account locations worldwide. To maintain our high-levels of support and to manage our continued product development and growth projections, we needed to align our leadership responsibilities more efficiently,” he added.

Jtec, based in East Peoria, Illinois, has grown to become a recognized leader in the material handling industry with is award-winning CarryMore® Mother/Daughter Tugger Cart Systems and CarryMatic® Autonomous Materials Movement Systems. They also offer Light-Duty towable push carts called CarryLite™ carts, and Heavy-Duty trailers called CarryMax® trailer solutions.
