Industrial Manufacturing 2020 Annual Report

Research shows that the most active month was September, where 154 new Industrial Manufacturing project opportunities were identified.

Research shows that there was a 12% increase in new projects tracked from April 2020 to May 2020. Conversely, Feb-Mar showed the largest month to month decline; with 144 new projects in February and 112 in March.

Biotechnology company is investing $163 million for a 70,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades of their manufacturing facilities in AUBURN, AL.

JULY:

Lithium-ion battery mfr. is planning to invest $940 million for the construction of a 430,000 sf manufacturing facility at their manufacturing complex in COMMERCE, GA.

AUGUST:

Automotive mfr. is planning to invest $830 million for the expansion of their manufacturing facility in HUNTSVILLE, AL.

SEPTEMBER:

Automotive mfr. is expanding and investing $700 million for the construction of a 500,000 sf manufacturing facility at their manufacturing complex in DEARBORN, MI.

OCTOBER:

Automotive mfr. is planning to invest $2 billion for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing facility in SPRING HILL, TN.

NOVEMBER:

DECEMBER:
