If the article was knowingly published elsewhere, please provide Material Handling Network with a list of names of publications and/or websites where your article appears. Depending on the publication, this may affect our decision to publish your article in Material Handling Network.
Articles must not be commercial or promotional with respect to any specific company, product, or service. Any such references will be omitted or reworded in general terms.
Our readers like short, concise articles. We recommend a length of approximately 500 to 750 words. Longer submissions may be returned with a request to edit down to a suggested word count. Longer articles may be split into two stand-alone articles.
Press releases will be accepted and published based on relevance. They will be edited down to contain approximately 75 to 100 words. Images welcome, only one will be published in the print publication. Company information should be limited to the company name and website.
Format: We prefer Microsoft Word documents that can be emailed to us here or pasted in the content area below. Articles submitted in PDF format or formats using design file extensions will not be considered.
Images: We prefer articles to include images. Please send at least 1 high res image for publication in the print publication. Additional images may be sent for online publication. Images for print should be sampled at 300 DPI. Images for digital at 72 DPI.
If your article is accepted for publication, it may appear in one or more of our publications, depending on reader relevance. Your article may also be published in digital format to appear in our newsletters, on our website, or in our digital editions.
Publishing timeline: Material Handling Network will notify you if your article was accepted for publication in our print publication(s).
