Easily Move a Semi-Trailer on Your Property Without a License

The V-Move™ XXL 25t is a new entry level model walk-along semi-trailer mover released for sale this month in North America. It is battery powered and designed for moving empty or light semi-trailers.

No license is required to use the V-Move semi-trailer mover and with the optional remote cameras mounted on the trailer, it is now easier than ever to use. There is even a wireless remote option and you can equip the tug to turn on trailer lights and release the air brakes. The V-Move semi-trailer mover is an affordable low-carbon footprint alternative to fossil fuel or electric powered terminal tractors in certain situations.

The new entry model V-Move XXL 25t semi-trailer mover with a 48-volt AC motor can lift and carry up to 8,818 lb and move trailers weighing up to 55,116 lb. There will be another model released in 2020 that can lift and move very heavy semi-trailers. Michael Solkshintz, the Xerowaste Solutions CEO, says “One of the benefits of using an AC motor in a V-Move, is you don’t have to deal with replacement of carbon brushes and therefore the motor is virtually maintenance-free.”

The first V-Move walk-along tug was developed over 30 years ago and is now central to the success of organizations of all sizes globally. These tugs are made almost entirely of US and European components, which is why they are backed with up to a two-year limited warranty.

Let XeroWaste Solutions help move your organization toward greater operational efficiency, safety and environmental sustainability.
