CenterPoint Properties is pleased to announce it has appointed Christopher “Chris” Papa as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Chris will be based in CenterPoint’s headquarters at 1808 Swift Drive in Oak Brook, Illinois.

“Chris is a strategic, forward-thinking senior executive with over 15 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer at two high profile, publicly-traded REITs. “CenterPoint is well-known for rising to a high standard of excellence. It’s an honor to join such an esteemed team of seasoned professionals. I look forward to helping them continue to innovate in industrial real estate,” said Chris Papa.

Before Liberty, Chris spent more than 12 years at Post Properties as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. While at Post, he served as a member of the executive management team and directly managed a cross-functional team.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University. He began his career in public accounting as an auditor at Price Waterhouse.
