Cargo Services supports expanding client base in Columbus, Ohio

Cargo Services, an Indianapolis-based freight forwarder serving clients throughout the United States, announces today it is expanding its sales efforts in Ohio to support ongoing client growth in the state. The company currently has existing customers in Ohio representing the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, agriculture and technology sectors.

Donna Dattolo joins Cargo Services to manage the Ohio region and support new client growth. She brings over 25 years professional experience in global supply chain management, operations management and supplier/vendor management. Dattolo has worked for Fortune 500 firms in a wide range of industries including retail and automotive supply chain logistics. Firms include Honda, PacSun and Eddie Bauer. She also has worked for a national freight forwarder and a branded logistics company. Customers have included Big Lots, Mast Global, Startech and Vertiv.

“The experience Donna brings to our team is invaluable.  She has worked on both sides of the business managing and receiving freight for supply chains. This translates to a sound understanding how our customers work and why their shipments are critical to arrive as expected. It’s a unique background that complements our company’s customer focused culture,” says John Rowe, Cargo Services managing director.

About Cargo Services: The Cargo Services team has nearly 700 years of combined international transportation experience in all facets of freight-forwarding and customs brokerage services. The team uses its talents, knowledge and expertise to partner with clients representing manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, plastics, animal feed, food, publishing and other business sectors to seamlessly move air, ocean and ground cargo. The team creates long-term customer relationships of trust through the company’s “3-C culture”: customer focused, creative solutions and community driven.
