BEUMER Group, a world leader in packaging, conveying, palletizing and material handling systems will take a fresh approach for one of the industry’s premier events, which has been canceled and reimagined.
“We look at the pandemic-driven changes to the event as providing a new opportunity to share our latest news, products and insights with the PACK EXPO community in a different way,” said Jackie Sessler, Director of Marketing, BEUMER Corporation.
To that end, BEUMER will host a total of eight livestreamed presentations over the four days of PACK EXPO. The 15-minute streamed presentations will feature everything from live processes and product demonstrations of its BEUMER stretch hood® solutions, to mixed product pallet solutions, BEUMER’s latest efficient pallet protection for food and beverage applications and the latest on bag conveying, palletizing and packaging.
“BEUMER designs, installs and maintains innovative solutions. Our goal is always to take our knowledge, experience, and innovations and apply them to each customer’s unique needs and applications. Everyone in the industry has unique needs and processes,” said John Sarinick, Chief Sales Officer, BEUMER Corporation.
“We will demonstrate how our latest stretch hooding system is capable of increasingly important functionality including protecting palletized materials from tough weather, increasing throughput, maximining load stability, deterring theft and delivering superior branding.
“We will also demonstrate how our BEUMER stretch hood® system works in a plant environment with various stack dimensions and providing customizable configurations,” Sarinick said.
“The food and beverage industry producers want their high-quality products to arrive at stores in immaculate condition to have the best possible visual appearance for consumers, but conventional methods do not always stand the test of the transport chain. We will present a case study and show how an organic food processor implemented our systems to quickly, safely and sustainably package palletized load units in our waterproof film hoods,” said Sebastian Titze, Business Development & Strategy Manager.
The second wave of BEUMER’s live demonstrations will feature a direct comparison of stretch hooding versus wrapping pallet packaging as well as next-generation Customer Support for packaging equipment and the company’s latest designs for high-speed bag palletizing and stretch hood systems before wrapping up with a special ask-a-technician session offering maintenance tips of packing systems.
