Arrive Logistics has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019

Arrive Logistics, a modern third-party logistics provider, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by the Chicago Tribune. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.

“The Top Workplaces award is about much more than recognition and celebration,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “Our research also shows that these organizations achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels. It just goes to show that being intentional about culture delivers bottom-line results.”

What sets Arrive apart is a unique environment that brings together smart and resourceful people in a workplace that values each individual’s strengths, personality and career goals. Over the past five years, Arrive has built an agile and entrepreneurial environment for our people while also providing them with the stability and financial backbone of a large corporation.

“Arrive is extremely proud of the bold culture that we’ve fostered in our offices and we are thrilled to have our Chicago team acknowledged by the Chicago Tribune for the second year in a row,” said Chelsea Woodhead, Arrive Logistics’ Chief People Officer. “Arrive is a people-first organization and we know none of what we have accomplished would be possible without the hard work and hustle of our incredible team.”
