• New V-LiftTM single-cylinder hydraulic Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor with no moving hoses, cables, or chains. According to Wildeck, the V-LiftTM provides VALUE (high-end features, low price); VERSATILITY (fixed or freestanding structure with “C,” “Z,” or 90 degree loading/unloading); and VIGOR (heavy-duty construction).
• Patented (U.S. Patent No. 7,408,317) AutoSenz® VRC Overload Detection System that provides both material and equipment protection should the VRC jam due to improper loading of material. The modular AutoSenz® M-Series system is now included on ALL standard Wildeck VRCs (and is available for Retrofit on existing VRCs), while the optional AutoSenz® D-Series system is offered with diagnostics, programmable maintenance reminder, keypad, and a digital display.(Note: AutoSenz® is not available on Wildeck’s value-priced V-LiftTM).
• MezzCraneTM JC (Jib Crane option): Wildeck selected ProMat to unveil its new MezzCraneTM Jib Crane option. The MezzCraneTM system represents Wildeck’s continuing partnership with Gorbel (Fishers, NY) and provides virtually unlimited material handling flexibility at the main or upper level of a mezzanine work platform. The lightweight Gorbel WJS 200-100-4 Jib Crane is featured in Wildeck booth 1547, but a wide range of Jib Crane options can be incorporated into Wildeck’s custom mezzanine designs depending on the customer’s needs.
• New RackVaultTM Rack Security System - now offered through Wildeck Dealers - provides a lockable roll-up door and perimeter guarding to secure, protect, and segregate valuable customer material on standard rack systems in manufacturing, archive and records storage operations, distribution centers, warehouses, storerooms, 3PLs, and many other applications.
• Wildeck® Safety Guarding Products including the EdgeGardTM Folding-Rail Dock Gate; Wilgard® Guard Rail (the strongest and safest guard rail on the market today); end-of aisle Rack Protectors; TrackgardTM Overhead Door Track Protectors; LaddergardTM Safety Swing Gates, and the popular Pivot Safety Gate that meets the requirements outlined in ANSI MH28.3-2009 for industrial work platform access.
