The Sahara Drum & Tote Oven by Benko Products Melts Materials Chilled by Cold Weather
Benko Products, Inc., a leading innovator in industrial ovens, announces that its Sahara Hot Room Model S32 quickly melts material in drums or totes that have been chilled by cold weather.
With below-freezing temperatures sweeping the nation, many companies are facing the problem of their material thickening in the cold. The Sahara Hot Room heats and speeds the flow of their thick or viscous materials. The Sahara Hot Room heats 32 drums on pallets or eight totes with saturated steam up to 200 psig. Hot oil or hot water can also be used as the heating medium.
The heating capability of each Hot Room is designed based on the customers’ needs. With 30 years of drum warming experience, Benko Products can accurately calculate and predict heat up times. The Model S32 is ideal for quickly and safely heating hard-to-melt materials.
The Sahara Hot Room Model S32 is fully insulated and features rugged steel construction, built-in spill containment and is portable; just pick up with a forklift. This oven is shipped completely assembled and tested for easy installation. Options include air circulation, exhaust capabilities, precise state-of-the-art digital temperature control with overtemp protection and an outdoor use package.
Drum warming ovens have become a popular choice in the industry as they offer the energy efficiency, fast and reliable heat up times and safety that other heating methods such as band heaters or large in-plant hot rooms cannot.
