SAF-T-BUMP Forklift Safety Fork Pads

ATTENTION SAFETY MANAGERS
Each year numerous workers compensation injuries are caused by forklift accidents, including one of the most frequent accidents in which workers incur head or leg injuries when bumping into a sharp raised fork on a forklift when the forklift is not in use either during lockout maintenance or during breakdowns.

SAF-T-BUMP is a new safety pad designed to reduce injuries to workers by padding the sharp end of the forks with a thick polymer cushion while the forklift is not in use and in a raised fork position.

SAF-T-Bump pads are lightweight and small enough for ease in storing between uses. The safety item is a product of SAF-T-BUMP, LLC. of Cleveland, Tennessee and was designed by a forklift maintenance tech whose clients requested such a product. After many prototypes were tried the best materials and design for the pad were found and SAF-T-BUMP pads went into production. For more information see the website: www.saf-t-bump.com.
