Part Nesting and Strapping Line

Almac developed this nester/strapper system to help meet the growing need for continuous production without human interventions.

The automated Almac system receives two halves of a track with many variations, manipulates them to allow for accurate nesting of the parts prior to strapping the "kit" together. This provides a space saving material handling solution for lean production areas. Whatever the product to be nested, transferred Almac can handle it with the appropriate care!

Our range of transfer systems extends from basic transferring models through to units with automatic jaw clamps and rotating grips, which offer control over the handling and care of products.

Modular assemblies ensure easy installation and systems are fully tested in our plant prior to shipping.
