MCFA introduces New Jungheinrich® counterbalance walkie stacker

Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA), the provider of Jungheinrich® lift trucks and narrow-aisle products in the United States, Canada and Mexico, introduced the new 2,600 – 3,500 lb. capacity Jungheinrich EJG 212 – 216 series of counterbalanced walkie stackers to its North American product line. These walkie stackers are ideal for  loading and unloading cantilever type storage racking, sideways lifting of pallets or  special load sizes where support arm walkie stackers cannot operate.

The EJG lift truck series was designed for facilities demanding greater efficiency in tighter spaces. Providing a high degree of maneuverability with an overall width of 35.4 inches and 2,600 – 3,500 lb. load capacity, these counterbalanced walkie stackers feature electric steering and a tiller arm that assist operator’s handling loads with precision and minimal effort.

“We know that every operator drives, stacks and steers differently,” said Tara Mascarenhas, product marketing manager at MCFA. “We are proud to introduce this new versatile walkie stacker, which offers many driver-friendly options that are simple and efficient to operate. The Jungheinrich® EJG series also has a powerful, low-maintenance 3-phase AC drive motor technology for greater efficiency and run times as well as lower operation costs.”

New Jungheinrich products are supported by a one-year/2,000-hour warranty that includes parts and labor, as well as components and systems and a two-year/4,000-hour extended Powertrain warranty. All Jungheinrich products are also backed by the Parts Fast or Parts Free Guarantee that ensures next-business-day delivery by 5 p.m. of Jungheinrich parts or the parts are free, including freight, in the United States. For customers in Canada and Mexico, the guarantee ensures shipping of parts within 24 hours of the time the order was placed.
