Increase order selection productivity by 40% with AGVPick

AGVPick improves current warehouse operations and increases order selection productivity up to 40%, through autonomous transport before, during and after your pick assignment. AGVPick interfaces with the warehouse management system and voice to send the laser guided truck to meet the picker at the first pick location. From that point onward, the picker picks cases and AGVPick does the driving.

To further enable picking, AGVPick self-positions to the most ergonomic location for each pick while the picker stays behind the vehicle in the pick zone. AGVPick navigates automatically to the each subsequent pick location initiated by a pick complete voice command of the picker. When the full pick assignment is nearly complete, the system deploys a new AGVPick vehicle with empty pallets to the picker for the next custom order. The system is built upon a Class III electric pallet truck and features laser safety bumpers that initiate slowdown or stop should the vehicle approach obstruction.
