GlasLift 1100 Self-Propelled Telescopic Boom Manipulator

HH-Intellitech ApS (Denmark) has entered the US market through its partnership with HH-Intellitech USA, LLC. HH-Intellitech USA, headed by Alastair and Struan Robertson, is based out of Glen Ellyn, IL (approximately 25 miles west of Chicago) and has been formed to manage the distribution of HH-Intellitech’s three products throughout the United States and Canada. Currently, HH-Intellitech USA is looking for sales representatives and dealers that are interested in working the product line.

HH-Intellitech ApS was established with the desire to manufacture intelligent building solutions and to create a safer and more efficient environment for construction and manufacturing companies. The company now produces a range of glass and multi-material handlers which it markets under the GlasLift and Gerenuk brand names with lifting capacities ranging from 770lbs (351kg) up to 1100lbs (500kg). The aim of the machines is to simplify and speed up the installation of large glass panels and other flat surfaced materials, such as granite, wood, plasterboard, steel and concrete. With worker safety an important focus for HH-Intellitech, all of the company’s products use a dual circuit vacuum system with total redundancy on all components; (two tanks, two pumps, two vacuum switches, etc.). This system gives each of the four suction cups 100% of the lifting capacity, allowing for lifting pressure equal to 400% of the listed capacity, which means the machines effectively offer twice the required lifting capacity even in the circumstance that one vacuum circuit should be rendered completely inefficient.

The GlasLift 770 (referred to the 351 outside of the United States & Canada) is a front wheel drive self-propelled unit that can lift up to 770lbs. The machine is exceptionally strong and fitted with a differential gear which enables the GlasLift 770 to handle challenging maneuvering on building sites, while still allowing the operator to make very fine adjustments. The GlasLift 770 can mount objects up to 93” tall, and with addition of the optional lifting extension arm, the machine can lift loads up to 385lbs from a horizontal position up to 70” high to mounting heights of 118”.

The GlasLift 1100 (referred to as the 500 outside of the United States & Canada) is a self-propelled telescopic boom manipulator that uses computer sensors to ensure stability of the machine throughout its operating range of motion. The GlasLift 1100 includes extendable/ retractable front wheels to add side stability and additional range of motion without limiting the mobility of the machine. The standard 3D head allows for the load to be positioned at all angles with extreme precision. In addition, this product also comes with a remote control panel featuring 8 pressure sensitive switches to control the various functions of the machine allowing for the operator to better control and view the mounting process. With its ability to lift and mount loads up to a height of 15’, the GlasLift 1100 has enabled agile, fast and precise handling and mounting of heavy plates of most materials throughout the industry and has alleviated the need for dangerous and costly heavy lifting alternatives throughout the world.

HH-Intellitech also produces a product it calls the Gerenuk 1100 (referred to as the 500 outside of the United States & Canada), a fully self-contained hydraulic multi lifter which can be adapted to all known lifting equipment hosts such as telescopic forklifts, cranes and other equipment. With its small telescopic boom, 3D head and remote controlled operations, the Gerenuk 1100 allows operators to manipulate loads up to 1100 lbs with precision in every direction to the nearest millimeter, up to the height of the host machine. The telescopic boom allows for 17” of additional extension and has a working arc of more than 180 degrees.
