The Alliance/Rice Lake Single Drum Filling Station features a leak-proof, hydrostatically balanced filling valve, intrinsically safe pneumatic linear drive, and quick-disconnect lance assembly. Accommodating a wide range of container types, the controller has up to 10 screens that can be programmed to change with each fill process, and provides legal-for-trade weighing.

Easily integrated into existing computer networks, the Alliance/Rice Lake Single Drum Filling Station controller communicates with PCs, scanners, and other peripheral devices. User customizable to match a variety of require-ments, the controller prompts the operator through each step in the filling process and a single station can fill up to 60 55-gallon drums per hour.
