The Dynapulse248 Saves Money

Friday, September 4, 2009

My name is Alan Wisler and I own Phoenix Stone in San Jacinto California.

My company specializes in custom marble, granite, and other stone countertops, showers, floors and so much more than I can really name here. In my line of work the back bone of my business is our 36 volt Hyster forklift. We move slabs of stone that weigh 700-1000 pounds every day. If we can’t move those slabs we can’t get our job done, and that puts us out of business. It’s that simple.

When I bought my forklift five years ago, it came with a small 25 amp charger. It has worked pretty well and kept our forklift going when we needed it. Then this last spring the battery kept dying out on us and stopped charging up like it was supposed to. I checked the prices for new and used batteries and they were a little more than I wanted to pay at the time. Finally, I found a piece of equipment called the Dynapulse 248™ (www.dynapulse-products.com ). The manufacturer, Power Products Inc., claims the Dynapulse248™ will quickly recover and restore sulfated, power drained batteries.

I was skeptical at first, but when I investigated the company and their claims, I found that their technology was real, and that their products are widely used throughout the US Military. With the history and credentials behind Power Products Inc., I figured I had nothing to fear, or lose by using the Dynapulse 248™ on my forklift battery.

The factory sales manager, Deborah Baker told me that, “The Dynapulse248™ will work on batteries ranging from a 2 volt single cell, a 2 volt telecom battery and all the way up to a 48 volt forklift battery.” With stuff like this I always say, “Show me and then I’ll believe it.” Well, she did. Deborah Baker came out to my shop and had the Dynapulse248™ rolling behind her like a suit case. She hooked it up to the battery right there while it was still in the forklift, plugged it in, ran a few tests on the battery, wrote them down, and “Click, Bang” started the machine and went off for a long lunch. When she came back a few hours later the machine had automatically shut down and all she had to do was unhook it and again run the battery tests she had run earlier for a comparison. The numbers showed the voltage and specific gravity readings rose significantly, and the internal resistance in each cell had been noticeably reduced. I put the battery on the charger over night as instructed, and I had to tell someone that the results were simply amazing and have seriously proven to be exactly as they had claimed.

Within less than day my battery was charged up, desulfated, and was again able to work through full shifts, day after day, while we completed our big jobs. It’s been a few months since then and our battery is going stronger than it ever had before. I know now that desulfating and charging up my battery once every 6 months or so with the Dynapulse248™, simply for maintenance, will keep me from having to replace my forklift battery anytime soon.

Through all of this I realized how much money I saved on battery down time, repair and replacement costs. The Dynapulse248™ not only desulfates my battery it charges it at the same time. Technology like this shouldn’t go unnoticed. It is a great system and it is also a green technology that Power Products makes affordable enough for everyone. If you depend on your forklift batteries to keep your business going, I highly recommend you check out the Dynapulse248™. It’s made right here in the USA by Power Products Inc.
