RedPrairie Corp. announced its thought-provoking lineup of speakers at its 15th annual user conference RedShift:2012, including the best-selling authors of “Freakonomics” and “SuperFreakonomics,” and speakers from Amway, Avnet, Chevron, Dunkin’ Brands, General Mills, Kimberly-Clark and Walmart. · Steven Levitt and Stephen Dubner, the renegade authors of the best-selling “Freakonomics” and “SuperFreakonomics” books, will share their unusual musings on behavioral economics, turning their lens onto the fascinating – and often humorous – world of big business.
· Cory Gundberg, vice president of global processes for RedPrairie customer Walmart, will discuss the challenges and opportunities inherent in successfully managing 2.1 million employees to optimize a massively global supply chain that supports 9,600 stores in 28 countries.
