Convenient access to industry education
The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) has set a series of three marketing webinars to provide equipment manufacturing professionals with convenient access to quality industry-focused education.
The new online AEM Marketing Webinar Series will provide participants with tools and resources to help their companies survive today’s business climate. Speakers include customer message management trainer and CMM Group CEO Tim Riesterer, noted author and futurist Tom Koulopoulos (of Delphi Group), and crisis communication expert Gerard Braud.
“In this economy, marketers have to do more with less, and they need the latest information to help them maintain a market presence,” notes Mary Bukovic, AEM director of meetings and education programs. “The AEM webinars offer more opportunity to an increased number of participants who are currently dealing with travel freezes or reduced travel budgets,” she added.
Here’s the schedule:
- June 30: Customer Message Management: Taking Brand Messages to the Street Level, with Tim Riesterer providing a systematic approach that results in brand messaging and tools focused on the customer, and that the sales force will actually use.
- July 23: Inspiring Innovation and Creating Change, with Tom Koulopoulos sharing his insights on translating creativity into action and innovation that propels companies forward.
- August 27: Crisis Management and Communication, with Gerard Braud identifying strategies and tips to develop a simple but effective crisis communications plan.
