Jervis B. Webb Company was awarded a multi-million dollar Service and operations Contract at Toronto Pearson International Airport

Jervis B. Webb Company - a subsidiary of Daifuku Webb Holding Company and a leading provider of innovative material handling solutions – announced today a multi-million dollar maintenance and operations contract with Toronto Pearson International Airport in Toronto, Canada.

The new contract was awarded to Jervis B. Webb Company of Canada, Ltd., a subsidiary of Jervis B. Webb Company. Webb Canada employees will continue to operate and maintain three domestic baggage handling systems and over seven miles of conveyor in Terminal 1, which is the largest and busiest terminal in Canada.

“We are proud of the partnership that we have built with Toronto Pearson Airport over the past ten years,” said Brian Stewart, Managing Director of Global Airport Baggage Handling. “We look forward to continuing to provide the same high-quality service and support that they have come to expect from Webb.”

“We have worked hard over the years to improve the operating system in Terminal 1,” said Rob Schmit, President of Jervis B. Webb Company. “Our willingness and ability to work together with the airport owners and tenants helped us make a major impact at the airport.”
