WINSTON-SALEM, NC — Froetek Plastic Technology Corporation, a world supplier of single point watering systems and flexible inter-cell connectors for motive power forklift and stationary telecommunication batteries, has announced the establishment of a Marketing and Distribution office in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Headquartered in Osterode, Germany, the company has placed Geoff Davies as General Manager of the North American division. Mr. Davies is to lead Froetek’s entry into the North American industrial battery accessories market.

“This North American expansion is the latest part of a bold forward-thinking strategy,” said Mr. Davies. “In July of 2009 Froetek added Fillwatch Landau, a well-known producer of battery watering system equipment to complement our company’s solid foundation of products.”
