CALJAN RITE-HITE - Versatile BeltTrack Line Expanded for Customer's Diverse Needs

Thursday, December 3, 2009

Caljan Rite-Hite (, is a world leading manufacturer of advanced material handling solutions for the loading and unloading of loose loaded cargo. Caljan (pronounced Cal-Yan) Rite-Hite has a long and global history of providing safe logistic applications for over 45 years.

Keeping with the spirit of their mission statement; improving industrial safety, security and productivity world-wide through quality and innovations, Caljan Rite-Hite is proud to introduce the CB2 and CB3 telescopic belt conveyors, an important addition to the successful and versatile BeltTrack conveyor line.

The CB2 (two-section) and CB3 (three-section) telescopic units target route delivery doors and store level cargo doors, optimizing the loading and unloading zone. As always, safety and efficiency are key in the design of the two latest BeltTrack telescopic conveyor units.

With joystick controls in the optimal working position and numerous safety features protecting the operator from moving parts, the CB2 and CB3 conveyor units offer customers increased efficiency and ergonomic benefits over manual loading and unloading of loose cargo. Made of high strength steel, the CB2 and CB3 are consistent with the high quality manufacturing standards of the Caljan Rite-Hite BeltTrack line, made to withstand the harsh environments of the loading and unloading zone.

"Caljan Rite-Hite continues to provide innovative, safe and robust solutions for our material handling customers," says Mark Rehder, VP/GM of Caljan Rite-Hite, US. "The introduction of the CB2 and CB3 telescopic units provides the same safety, efficiency and ergonomic benefits to our customers that have route delivery or store level cargo doors, as the BeltTrack machines provide for our large distribution center clients."

The CB2 and CB3 extendable belt conveyors incorporate the flexibility and versatility of the entire BeltTrack line of Caljan Rite-Hite conveyors. They can be floor mounted, dedicated to a particular door, or fitted with an optional traversing base, allowing the unit to serve multiple doors, as required. The CB2 and CB3 are yet another safe logistic solution from Caljan Rite-Hite for loading and unloading of loose cargo.
