PMI-ARPAC LLC, a subsidiary of ARPAC L.P., has acquired certain of the assets of Packaging Machines International, Inc. (PMI). PMI is a manufacturer of shrink packaging machinery also located in the Chicagoland area The addition of PMI will bring a great deal of fresh ideas and ingenuity to the already solid ARPAC shrink bundling product line. PMI-ARPAC LLC intends to offer service and support to existing PMI installations.

In addition Branko Vukotic, PMI's president and a few other valued former PMI employees will join PMI-ARPAC LLC to ensure a smooth transition and on-going customer service that is second to none.
