Jason Holt, OSP's VP of Operations, comments, "Recent hires of key operations personnel, like Rich, are being put into place to drive significant operational improvements in cost, quality and delivery. With Rich returning to our team, I am confident that his experience and operational expertise will prove to be valuable for both OSP and our customers."
