Additionally, ORBIS received a special award based on “Ethics,” recognizing how ORBIS operates with strong values and ethics. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. In 2015, Top Workplaces surveyed 250 companies and more than 67,000 employees in Southeastern Wisconsin.
