Tuesday July 4	36th Annual Ice Cream Social The Mathias Ham House Historic Site 10:30am to 3:30pm The oldest and most traditional event of our organization, the Ice Cream Social features a traditional American Independence Day celebration complete with homemade cakes, ice cream, hot dogs and lemonade, children’s games, live music and carriage rides. This event also offers free tours of the Mathias Ham House Historic Site, one of Dubuque’s oldest and most significant Victorian homes. Admission is free.
Wednesday August 2	Taste of Dubuque – A County Celebration! Dubuque’s Historic Ice Harbor 3pm – 11pm The largest event of its kind in the area, Taste of Dubuque showcases the enormous wealth of cultural variety in the community. Taste of Dubuque features over 30 local food vendors, beer and soda, two stages of music, historic demonstrations, live performers, kid’s games, and lots of other family activities. Admission is free.
