Red Ball Oxygen Improves Efficiency and Employee Safety with Yellow Jacket Orbital Stretch Wrapper: Red Ball Oxygen, the largest independent welding and industrial gas supplier in the Ark-La-Tex regions, announces its success with ITW Muller’s Yellow Jacket orbital stretch wrapper for securing palletized loads. Most customer orders that leave Red Ball Oxygen’s facility contain products varying in size and shape. The company identified stretch wrapping as the best solution to keep pallets secure. Strapping or other solutions would allow for smaller products to slip through and fall during transport, usually resulting in damage. Red Ball Oxygen traditionally hand wrapped pallets and while the process provided proper load containment, it took two employees to wrap a load. The newly acquired Yellow Jacket requires only one person to wrap the same load in half the time. Read full article

Kenneth Bowyer of ALL Crane Florida Wins Annual Crane Rodeo Competition: Ken is modest about his achievement. “I’m competitive on equipment, but I don’t like to toot my own horn, so to speak,” he said. “I’m very proud to have brought positive recognition to ALL, however. I had the full support of Mitch McDonald, my General Manager. He made a point of coming to watch me, and helping my family with hotel accommodations, which I appreciate very much.” Though illness almost prevented him from competing, his family insisted he follow through. “They made me practice what I preach about always following through on commitments,” he added, laughing. “Being sick made completing the course a bit tougher, but I made it.” Read full article

Happy Thanksgiving from Network

BECOME THE EXCEPTION

Sometimes “Stuff” Happens:  Dallas was hosting Denver one Sunday and the experts were expecting a real shoot-out. Little did they know that the score would be knotted at 48 going into the final moments. Two quarterbacks were playing their trade while it appeared that two defensive units were playing “Marco Polo” on grass. My message today involves the “losing” quarterback. He was good. But not when it counted. This guy did everything right for most of the game. Allow me to remind you that most does not translate to 100%. He was putting on an exhibition of how to be a top-rated QB in the NFL for 95% of the game. He goes by the name Tony Romo. Read full article

IMPELtronics’ LED Extendable Magnetic Flashlight Tool receives essential endorsement by MotorWeek's Goss' Garage segment for “every tool box”: In today’s market it’s not always easy selecting the “best” tool for our tool boxes. This is true whether it is for professional mechanics and technicians, “weekend warrior” home owners and car enthusiasts or just your everyday hobbyist. There comes a time when we all drop that much needed metal object into a place that’s hard to reach and hard to see. One of the things that immediately come to mind, that is already on the market, is the telescoping magnet. And without a doubt, there are plenty of LED Flashlights out there too. But boy!
